Top Shelf Games offers the following Backorders, Shipping and Returns Policy:
Backorders: We will NOT charge your credit card until your items move to SHIPPED.
We typically stock 5-10 of each item, however, you may order more than this, and there will be rare occasions where the item you ordered is out of stock. This item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally (We couldn't update the website fast enough!), or another customer's order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. In this case, you will receive an e-mail or phone call notifying you of the circumstances. We apologize for this inconvenience.
We can generally fulfill just about any size order. In fact, we regularly have very large orders placed by other businesses. These orders go on Backorder because they exceed our stock levels and will be shipped out usually within a week, depending on the location of distributor for item(s) ordered. We typically do not split orders, and will hold all of your items until everything is in, and ready to ship. Email us if you wish to request a split-shipment. Orders that qualify for FREE SHIPPING will not be split. Most backordered items are restocked within 1 - 10 days. With that in mind, we will keep your order open and ship the item you ordered, in the order that it was placed, ie. if you were the first to order after a product went Out Of Stock, you'll be the first to get shipped when it comes back in!. Shipping Policy: International Shipping:
We are shipping to the world again, at least most parts of it... We do not ship to Africa (sorry) Most international shipments will be sent via 1st Class International if under 4 pounds. Canada shipments generally use UPS Standard, which tends to be cheaper then USPS rates.
Domestic Shipping:
Most items ship the same or next day that you place your order, via UPS or USPS. Products by Fame generally ship within 3 business days, as they come from our warehouse in Texas. Which carrier we use depends on the product. Smaller packages (deck of cards, dice) are sent via USPS. Larger items (board games, toys) are sent via UPS.
If you only provide a PO Box/APO Box, we will have to ship via USPS. Domestic US orders over $99 will get FREE SHIPPING. The following information only applies to packages shipped Ground via UPS: The map below was generated by UPS, to estimate how long packages generally take to get to you, from us. Since we are located in Washington (zip code 98671), the map is generated based on that assumption. The map is only an estimate, but we've found it to be mostly accurate. 
Returns/Refunds Policy:
If your product is damaged in transit or defective upon arrival, we will replace the product for you at no charge, or refund if item no longer in stock. Please contact us via email for an RMA # to authorize the return. Note: Due to the high cost of shipping to HI, AK, PR and other destinations outside the contiguous 48 United States, we will not assume responsibility for the shipping costs involved in replacing defective merchandise from these locations.
If your product arrives with missing parts/pieces, please contact the manufacturer of the item, they will provide replacement parts. We are not responsible for missing parts/pieces on NEW items. You can usually find out manufacturer information on the back page of the manual, or by going to the manufacturers website. If you have trouble finding this information out, please contact us, we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer.
If you made a mistake when ordering, contact us, and we will try to stop shipment. If the item has already shipped, we will not be able to stop it, but you can return it at your shipping cost plus a 15% restocking fee. If we can stop the item before it ships, there is no fee, and you will receive a full refund. Please be sure before you order. If a refund is necessary, we will issue a credit on the credit card that you used to purchase the product. If you paid with a check card, cashiers check, money order, or personal check, we will issue a check as a refund. All refunds will be given out within two (2) working days of the return of the product. No refunds will be issued until the product is returned to us. Products must be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase.
