Q: When will my credit card be billed?
A: We will not bill your credit card until your item(s) actually ship. If you pre-order something, or order a quantity of something that exceeds our stock levels, you can rest assured we will not charge your card until we actually fulfil the order.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: If my product is defective upon arrival, what are my options?
A: First thing, look in the manual, or go to the manufacturers website, the manufacturer of the product is usually going to be able to get you a replacement part faster then our RMA process. If you wish a refund, or a replacement from us please email us, and we will start the refund/RMA process. We will issue you a refund(or ship you a replacement product) after we receive the item in question back. The item must be returned with ALL packing and original items it was shipped with, within 10 days of RMA issue. Please feel free to email us with any further questions.

Q: What about Customs?
A: We mark international packages as containing "Board Games" or "Card Games" etc, and state the cost of the games on the customs documentation

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
